About - Innovative Church Leaders

We exist to help you experience and bring renewal.

Spirit-led innovation

reaching new people

making Disciples

We envision a global movement of churches led by courageous, healthy, and Spirit-filled leaders in faith communities that are missionally effective, culturally aware, and deeply rooted in the way of Jesus.

We follow and depend upon Jesus as our Lord, Teacher, and Friend. His life, death, resurrection, and ascension shape our identity, mission, and leadership.

We teach leaders to understand and respond to the shifting cultural landscape without compromising biblical truth.

We champion relational, diverse, and team-based leadership that empowers others and reflects the unity of the Body of Christ.

We believe transformation happens when leaders embody the Gospel in their local context with love, integrity, consistency, healthy rhythms, brave honesty, and accountability.
