Our goal is to see 30,000 pastors — roughly 10% of all pastors in the U.S. — genuinely pursuing health across every part of their lives: spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and relational. We believe that’s the tipping point. Once 1 in 10 pastors is on a real trajectory toward wholeness, it doesn’t just change their own lives. It changes their churches, their communities, and the story the next generation tells about what following Jesus looks like.

Our country is divided. Too many pastors are burned out, isolated, or pulled into political extremes on either side — and it’s costing them their families, their churches, and their witness in the community.
We believe healthy pastors are the tipping point for spiritual awakening in America. Your gift helps get them there.
THE PROBLEM
Pastors are under more pressure than ever — to pick a political side, to perform, to hold everything together while quietly falling apart. Too many are one crisis away from burnout, moral failure, or walking away entirely. When a pastor breaks down, it’s not just a family that suffers. It’s a church. It’s a community that stops trusting the message they preached.
OUR BELIEF
The message of Jesus changes lives and changes environments. The message of Jesus transcends politics. We believe the local church — diverse, healthy, and engaged — can become a living picture of God’s kingdom: a place where people disagree without losing civility, where beauty and justice show up in real neighborhoods, and where a new generation curious about God finds a faith worth belonging to.
That renewal starts with the people leading our churches.

That’s 10% of all pastors in America — in real, sustained health across every part of their lives: spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and relational. We believe that’s the tipping point. Once 1 in 10 pastors is on a genuine path to health, it changes their churches. It changes their communities. It changes the country.
We get there one pastor at a time — into a counselor’s office, a coaching relationship, or a cohort of peers walking the same road.

- Surprised by the God of Hope — 100 pastors studying with renowned theologian N.T. Wright, learning what it means to bring beauty, justice, and the presence of Jesus into their neighborhoods.
- A 12-Step Cohort for Pastors — built around John Ortberg’s newest book, helping pastors break free from burnout patterns, old wounds, and hidden habits before those things break their churches. John will join these pastors for a Q&A.
- Free resources including counseling, coaching, and retreat grants for pastors who couldn’t otherwise afford them
