The power to create a movement already exists inside each of us. Multiplication is not reserved for the extraordinary – it’s embedded in the spiritual DNA of every Jesus follower. A Multiplier is defined as a “healthy disciple-making leader who champions reproduction.”
Multiplier: How Healthy Leaders Create Lasting Impact
We want to invite you and your staff to read and discuss Mutliplier and join us for a Q&A with Dave Ferguson in April 2027!
Join a cohort for senior pastors, executive pastors, campus pastors, and discipleship pastors with Dr. Eric Bryant. Eric has served in ministry since 1991 including as part of a church planting team in Seattle, in Los Angeles at Mosaic with Erwin McManus, at Gateway Church in Austin with John Burke and Carlos Ortiz, Jr..
In this cohort we will be focusing on gaining momentum in your personal life and in your ministry.
So far 1500 pastors have been through Eric’s online training, and now 10-12 will be able to go through this with him personally as part of this cohort.
Our time together will be deeply spiritual and incredibly practical as we look at growing in the following:
- Self-awareness (understanding your motivations, personality, and strengths)
- Experiencing personal healing
- Removing barriers between your ministry and your neighbors
- Recruiting more volunteers
- Raising up leaders
- Growing in your own leadership effectiveness with your board, your staff, your congregation, and your family
The cost is normally $1,200, but there are 12 spots remaining that have been fully covered by donors who believe in you!
We will meet the 3rd Thursdays of the month online at 10am CST from January to June 2027.
If you have questions, email info@innovativechurchleaders.org.
Our cohorts and workshops aren’t just a class. They are part of a journey of renewal for leaders like you. If you’re longing to lead with theological integrity, cultural awareness, and a Spirit-empowered imagination, these experiences will inspire and equip you for the road ahead.
120 pastors and church leaders enjoyed the “Surprised by the God Hope” with N.T. Wright in 2026!
